Advantages:

Квартира с современным ремонтом. Есть всё необходимое, всё работает. Хозяйка, судя по удалённому общению)), очень отзывчивый, понимающий и главное не мелочный человек, что большая редкость для хозяев жилья на этом сайте!!

Disadvantages:

Для троих тесновато и очень слабый интернет. Ну и проблемы современной застройки - слышимость и если кто-то закурил на лоджии, вы курите вместе с ним.
