Чисто, уютно как дома, все необходимое в квартире есть, в спальне -2х спальная кровать 160х200, возможно установка дополнительно односпальной кровати в гостиной - 2х спальный диван 150х200 и два кресло кровати,
4 или 5 отдельных места есть! Расчетный час 12-00, при заселении берется возвратный депозит 2000р. Договор с юридическими лицами, возможна оплата по безналу. Гостей до 25 лет не селим, увеселительные мероприятия запрещены

Advantages:

Удобные спальные места. Ванна, раковина, унитаз чистые.

Disadvantages:

На кухне очень холодно, из пластикового окна очень дуло, хорошо что на балконе был обогреватель, включали его. В ванной комнате не было фена. Запах прокуренного помещения.
