Уборка входит в стоимость, если вы за собой все аккуратно оставляете, мусор собираете в мешки, посуду моете. Можете ничего не убирать, просто будет доплата за уборку 2-10 тыс взависимости от загрязнений

Ранний заезд и поздний выезд обсуждаются индивидуально.

Проживание возможно от 1 суток.

При заезде подписывается договор и обсуждаются правила проживания.

Уплачивается залог за сохранность имущества 20000 руб, который
